This accredited NQF Level 4 programme combines luxury hospitality, wildlife conservation, tourism and practical industry experience.

Online theory is supported by three practical training blocks, giving students experience in lodges, reserves, guest services, food preparation, housekeeping and front-office operations.

Practical training at Cowley Wildlife

Real learning in real bush country.

Cowley Wildlife Camp hosts selected practical blocks for Hospitality Management students. The programme also includes a compulsory block at Leopard Rock in Hoedspruit; confirm all three required blocks with Rangers in Training.
